Hotel Policies: Check In Time: 2 PM Check out Time: 11 AM….Early Check In and Late Check out may be possible with additional charge.(Subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy: 72 hours for Standard Booking and 10 days for Special Events & all major holidays, Long weekends and group bookings.. If you cancel in the non-cancellation period, you are responsible for 100% of the amount of your stay. No-Shows are charged full reservation price.

Kern county fire code sets maximum number of People per room at total number of beds times 2.

*No Smoking and No Cooking allowed inside the rooms. No Candles. No Vapors. Smoking indoors will result in $300 Cleaning Fee.

Pet Policy:

We welcome your dog (sorry no cats) in selected units with $ 15 (Non-Refundable) per night per pet and one time Pet deposit of $ 100 . Guest must disclose a pet at the time of making reservation via phone or  online or  at the time of check in. Guest must provide a valid credit card. Unauthorized pets will result in $ 200 cleaning fee. In order to make sure you and your pet have a great stay we have some policies that need to be followed.

  • Pet must weigh less than 65 pounds.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the lodge premises.
  • Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when not inside of the guest suite
  • Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on lodge grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
  • Damages caused by pet to lodge room, its furnishings, or any other part of the lodge will be sole responsibility of the guest. Guest understand that their account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest suite is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
  • If on site management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for pet.


No Visitors allowed on site at anytime without management permission.
* Guests will be charged for any and all missing or damaged items from the room.
*Additional unregistered guests in your unit may result in additional charges to your credit card.
*We have 10pm- 8am quiet hours to ensure peaceful sleep for our guests. If you are disruptive, you will be asked to leave – without refund.
* Gross Misuse of Hotel Unit will result in $100 Charge.
*Rates/policies are subject to change during high impact periods and special requests.
*Our Hotel reserves the right to refuse to service anyone.
*No Refund for Early Check out
* No Loud Music allowed anytime.
GROUP POLICIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Reservations of 3 rooms or more are considered a Group Reservation and they have 10 days cancellation policy.
* If reservation is for 1 or more nights then whole reservation amount will be collected upfront.
* If you cancel in the Non-Cancellation period then you are responsible for 100% of your reservation amount.
